Shipping Policy (Australia)

Processing Times

Orders are packed and shipped from our Australian warehouse within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
    Flat rate $10.00 or free over $100

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
    Flat rate $15.00

Delivery timeframes begin once your order is dispatched. Remote or regional areas may require additional time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Authority to Leave

If you provide Authority To Leave (ATL) at checkout, our carriers may leave your parcel unattended. We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Delivery Delays

While we always work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery times may be affected by:

  • Public holidays

  • Peak seasons

  • Weather events

  • Courier delays

Unfortunately, these circumstances are outside of our control.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, customers will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at management@withthepink.com. within 7 days with your order number and details, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
