Pre-Order Policy

Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock but can be purchased in advance to secure your size and style.

Pre-Order Processing Time

Once the pre-order cut-off date has closed, production and dispatch can take approximately 4–6 weeks before orders are shipped. This timeframe may vary based on supplier and manufacturing schedules.

Order Updates

We’ll keep you informed throughout the process:

•  You will receive an update when the item is on its way to us.
•  A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Possible Delays

While we always aim to meet the estimated delivery window, occasional delays can occur due to factors outside our control. If this happens, we will communicate updates as soon as possible and provide the most accurate revised timeframe.

Orders Containing Both In-Stock & Pre-Order Items

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock products:

All items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available.
If you would like your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

Cancellations and Changes

Changes or cancellations for pre-orders may not be possible once production has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
